My husband and I were thinking of taking a trip to Panama City Beach for our anniversary at the end of February. We were wondering how it was this time of year. What's open? What's not? What is there to do? How's the 'crowd'? Just curious!
Thanks, The Boyds |

You might run into a handful of Spring Breakers in late Feb, but nothing too bad (see our spring break dates)
Crowds will be small in Feb... but, you may consider staying in a hotel that does not cater to Spring Break (Shores of Panama comes to mind...) Most places at Pier Park will be open, Capt Anderson's will be open, Schooners and Boatyard should be open. Saltwater Grill is another that stays open. And if you make it in town, try the Shrimp Boat. What kind of things do you like to do? Maybe we can point you in the right direction... BTW, the beach is beautiful in February.
