Is there anyplace in Panama to rent where you don't have to be 25? I've tried vrbo, but even a lot of them are requiring you to be 25.

Another question, if we have a 25 year old check us in but doesn't stay with us (he's one of my friend's brothers from nearby) will the hotels or condos allow that?

At the Sunbird, the 25 year old has to stay at the condo. If they catch anybody under 25, security will kick you out with no refunds. I advise you to be on your best behavior while in the complex.

at origin at seahaven only one of you have to be 21 and the rest can be 18. you can look for it but i assume it is probably booked by now...
