Lots of liquor stores here have "to-go" windows. I like to get a frozen beverage, they come with the lids on. Is this considered a closed container?

This would be considered an open container and a crime in the State of Florida. It may also be used as a factor in determining whether an officer has enough information to ask you to perform field sobriety exercises to determine if you are driving under the influence.
