Blasted Rain on the 4th
I know it hasn't rained much and we desperately need it. So, it can rain now until July 2nd (when I get there). Then, it needs to stop until July 14(when I leave). 60% on the 4th...
 I'm just hoping it is the normal pop up showers for an hour here and there and then it goes away.

July 4th is a little far fetched to be looking at the rain percentage. It'll probably change 20 times in between now and then. Regardless it'll be a good time. I just hope the wind is blowing somewhat, so you can actually see all the fireworks instead of only catching the beginning b/c the smoke is covering up all the others.
