October 3rd-How is PCB?
We usually go to PCB every summer and are plannng a trip 1st week of October. Does anyone know how the weather is-still good for relaxing on the beach. Water temp good? Are all the restaurants still open? How crowded is PCB that time of year?

Great time to be @ PCB!
Hey Jmac17. We always go mid to late October and the weather has always been warm and the water very comfortable. The area is not crowded at all. Some of the restaurants do close about that time but there is still no shortage of diet killing choices! You might want to check out this link Travel Deals from TripSmarter.Com We found a lot of great deals there to stretch our PCB budget. Hope you have a great vacation.

We are going to PCB October 3-10. We have went the last 2 years the same week. The weather has been really nice mid to upper 80's no humidity. The water temperature is still pretty warm. I think it rained one afternoon both years.
The best thing is it is not crowded. We never had to wait in any restaurants. Here is a link that might help:  History : Weather Underground

That time of year is great! It's not too hot, the ocean is still warm, and the crowds are gone. Enjoy yourself in PCB!

Sounds great! This trip is to celebrate my 40th birthday and our 15 yr anniversary. We are looking forward to a wonderful trip. Thanks for the info.

The best time of the year. The only thing you have to worry about is bad weather. If there is no bad weather, it is the time of the year when the water is the warmest, shallowest and most likely to have a grren flag flying. The weather is nice to walk around wether shopping or on the beach. Seafood is usually better too.

Perfect Time!
I think October is one of the best times to visit PCB. It's still warm but not humid and sticky. Most all attractions are still open- just without the long lines! Hope you have a great trip!
