Prosit! Raise a stein of beer in honor of old Bavaria at the downtown Oktoberfest! Every October the residents of Panama City throw their own fest to... well, enjoy getting together over several cold ones while eating brats, wiener schnitzle, sauerbratten... mmmm, sauerbratten...

There's also polka bands, dancing in the streets and plenty of just good ol' happy drinking. If that sounds like your idea of a good way to spend an evening or afternoon, then head to downtown Grace Ave in Panama City and order yourself a tall cold one!
