French student need to help to find a hotel!
hi everyone!
My friends and I are in the US for the spring semester and are planing on coming down to PCB for the spring break since we've heard it's one of the best place to party (?) ! I'd like to know what is the best place to be at PCB? is there like ONE best place, or are the partys all over the place? I'd also like to know what hotels would be the best to stay, knowing that we all are under 25, and if possible not too expensive =) thanks a lot for your help! Gilles.
