Just saw this on WJHG's website...looks like it's happening on September 20th.

Buyer beware: Neil Young tickets should be purchased only through Civic Center | tickets, purchased, through - News - The News Herald

Tickets won't go on sale until Friday morning and can ONLY be purchased via the Marina Civic Center website. Anywhere else you find them may not be legitimate.

I'm hoping to be down there that week, but I don't know for sure yet, so I can't buy a ticket now. I did notice that it said that all proceeds from the sale of Neil Young T-shirts are going toward the relief. It doesn't say anything about a percentage of the tickets as going toward it.
