Why are they building alot of condos in PC now for???
Are they getting rid of hotels ;( This could mess pcb up as a spring break place and that would suck.Any they trying to do this ?

PCB appreciates the Spring Break season (unlike Daytona) and will continue to cater to college students during the Spring.
The upgrades to some of the smaller, run-down hotels were long overdue. Some of them are being replaced by condos and will most likely be advertised as family accommodations during the summer, but many of them will accept spring breakers during the Spring. And there will still be plenty of hotels on the beach... they will just be alittle more spread out. PCB will always be a Spring Break destination for lucky students from all over the world!!!

Im glad to hear that because this will be my secont year and i plan on going there a few more years ;).Im only 22.
