Does anyone know if any of those discount cards can you express entry and/or no cover into La Vela? I haven't found anything that specifically says the gold card will do that. I know La Vela has its own cards, but they are real expensive unless you live down there. And does anyone know if there are restrictions on the cards for people under 21? (other than the drink discounts of course), cause one girl in our group is underage and I am not sure if it would be worth the money for her.

The gold cards are not any good at lavelea. Yes, they do have there own cards. But you are right, they are very expensive. The gold cards will save you alot of cover money at other clubs, like harpoon harrys, spinnakers, hammerhead freds and Sharkys. All on different nights of course. You just have to choose which places you want to go to. You have to go to lavela while you are here. It is wild and crazy and they do let under 21 in. You just get a HUGE stamp that says no drinks. :-( Trust me, if you want to go to lavela, get there early! If nor you will be in line for hours at a time. All the bars and clubs are 18 to enter and 21 to drink. You will have a good time I promise you. Any more questions you can hollar at me at RidenHi4x4@aol.com

yeah gold cars aren't good for lavela but if you plan to go to la vela alot get 1 of there cards they sometimes charge up to $30 cover but usually if you go early you get in fro $5 or $10 and get your hand stamod which is good later in the night spinaker is hot to and sometimes just as good as la vela just smaller
