Anyone know where to get kegs filled in panama city?

Try Carousel Package at the West end... I think they'll trade a full keg for an empty one (around $70 depending on what kind of beer) and you won't have to pay a deposit on the keg. Hopefully you have your own tap also and you won't have to pay a deposit on that either.
