One of my friends was in pcb last week. he said that they are prohibiting beads and cracking down a lot harder on people this year. I'm a senior in high school and am comin down saturday. should i worry about this that much or is he toyin with me?

I think he is pulling your leg....at least a little. The police are saying that they will arrest anyone they catch flashing but there is no way they could prohibit beads. Just be careful and don't do anything that would draw attention to you.
