Sandpiper Beacon very disappointing

I'm just postin to let everyone know to try to stay away from staying at the sandpiper or even partying there the security is so tight and strict. I stayed off the beach with my cousin but all our friends stayed at the sandpiper, but they wouldn't let ten people stay in one of the bigger rooms so we just said whatever and got our own place. Well we wanted to party with our friends so we made our way over there the first few nights. After about 6 the security is standing all around the hotel looking if you have a wristband to stay there, if not they will threaten you with a trespassing. This happened to us twice but they just ended up kickin us out. The third night down in the tiki bar I was sitting down at the bar by my cousin waiting on him to get a drink and talking to girls, well the security ended up getting me on an underage drinking. The fat bartender was a dick. Anyway the security took me up to their lil place and filed a written underage warning and said if I come back on their property I will get arrested. I asked alot of locals about the sandpiper and they all told me the same, they are out to get your money by entering the tiki bar, ordering drinks or whatever, then they will kick you out. There arent many disappointing girls up in there though dont get me wrong on that, and the dj playing songs comes with some nice heavy stuff and knows how to motivate the crowd. Im just trying to get the message across that the security for sandpiper are easy on people at all, and the sandpiper is out to get your money. Alright well have a good time in panama.

I agree about Security being tight there. But as Long as you stay in and around the Tiki Bar you are ussually ok. Im only 20 and I got absolutely slammed the 2 nights I was in there. Drink'n the Red Bull and Vodka Big Gulps did me well! The 2nd night we were there I somehow ended up being pushed around in a shopping cart around the hotel knocking on any and everyones door partying it up. All in all its a cool place to get drunk, But I sure as hell wouldnt want to stay there.
