PCB
I would definetely go to PCB for Spring Break. Destin is fun, but is more laid back. If you are the party type, PCB would be the place for you. Anything can happen at any time, but if you are more conservative and just want to chill on the beach, etc. I would go to destin. For partying though I don't think much really compares to Panama City, except for maybe south padre or lake havasu, but PCB would still be my pick. Supafly
