Some friends and I are doing our last college spring break this year, and we want to do it right. We are driving down from Minnesota and are hoping to rent a beach house, but we have had trouble finding anyone that will rent to us since we arent older than 25 and are not a family group. Any help? We need a house, NOT a condo. Thanks!

Good luck getting anyone to rent a house to you if you're under 25. There are a row of houses on Oleander Drive that are usually Spring Break party houses. If you find a house with an Oleander Drive address, it'll probably be a good one for Spring Break.

Wouldnt you rather stay at a place with TONS of students partying everywhere?? Why have piece and quiet when you can have ballz to the wall partying non stop!! Just my opinion!! Enjoy

If you rent a house, no need for wristbands. Otherwise, you might as well get sand in the britches, if you know what I mean.
