I'm trying to organize a trip down to PCB for march 13-20th and I've never been anywhere in florida other than orlando so I dont know the layout of the town of PC. I looked into the Holiday Inn sunspree but its all booked up, other than that place I dont know which other places are on the beach and within walking distance to La Vela or at least close enough to all the best action. I am taking a total of 6 people too, my short list includes the Americana, sunspree(even tho its booked), and the best value inn. Are these good, or does anyone know of any better?
We ultimatley want a room that has a kitchen and 3 beds, or 2 beds and a fold out sofa.
We also have a guy in the military coming so I'm looking for military discount.
Thanks for any help ahead of time, I've been on the grind looking myself but having someone with knowledge of the area already can help me out a great deal.

Also, as someone else mentioned, if you don't already have your room reserved before you get here, chances are, you won't be staying on the beach. So, you better decide now. There are a lot of hotels on Thomas Ave. They're off of the strip, but they are right by the clubs.

I had planned on staying at the summit, but after looking around this site I dont think it has what I need-flexible staff willing to let people up that arent in my room. Even though I'm sure this is the way it is at all places. I think we are gonna stay at the boardwalk beach resort, it seems to have adiquate room, but no kitchen.
