I've noticed in posts that it says get to club La Vela between 7-9 for what I'm assuming is a discounted or no cover charge. Does it work this way at all the clubs and does anyone know what time/price the cover charges will be at the major clubs?

Well, there is no way to tell what price you will pay, but generally its between 5-15 dollars from 7-9! And most clubs do this, not just lavela and spinnakers! But, my advise would be to get there a little earlier than 7, cause if you get there at 7, you might be waiting in line awhile!! Hope this helps, enjoy

Is it ONLY if you get in between 7-9? Or is that just for those with that Card stuff? Guess what im saying is if I go at 5 pm and get my hand stamped will that count towards that night?

Most of it depends on your age. If you're 21 or over...you're good to go. Just make sure you're in line at the specified time. If you get your hand stamped at 7:00, you can leave and get back in for "free" if you decide to come back at midnight. You don't need a card.

If you're under 21, you may need a card to get the discount. Plus, I think they're a little stricter about letting people under 21 in and out of the club (at Vela). I think once you're in, you have to stay or pay to get back in.

Spinnakers on the other hand, I believe is more lenient towards people under 21.
