theres going to be cops there enforcing laws and last time i checked underage drinking was illegal in florida. but if your not out drinking in the open or acting like an idoit im sure you could get away with it just fine.

I never really had a problem with it when I was under. Just stay in places with big groups on the beach or whatever and Dont act like an idiot. Bad Idea to be drinking in a car on the strip or whatever... Maybe a few other can chime in here...

Underage drinking happens...and can be done, but it just gives the cops more of a chance to harrass you. Trust me, they will be looking for anything suspicious. So, don't think that you're going to come up with the 'perfect plan' to out-think the cops. They've seen it all.

Like everyone else said...just be smart about it. Because they will be looking for it.

When I was 18, I actually drank with the security at my hotel. As long as you're not being an idiot, they don't care. Just don't drink by the street. They'll arrest you whether you are 21 or not. I know that from experience.

Cool Steve-O

Last year we we're drinking along the street, and when we saw a cop, we threw our **** out, but my friend who was over 21, kept drinking, he asked for his id, and he just kept drinking in front of him, he didnt have to throw it out or nothing, but the cop did try to be a f*cking jerk! but we still walked along to the bars after that...

The law states you can't drink within 50 feet of any street - but this isn't enforced during SB unless you're doing something stupid.

Ummm, everyone I've seen drinking by the street has got in trouble. My buddy and I were hanging out with a couple of ladies 2 years ago. He cracked up his car on the way down so we went to go show them the damage. He parked across the street and they took beers with them. The cops were on them immediately. They got put in the back of cop car and everything and got tickets for it. They were 21. One year, 2 of my buddies had to pull weeds at some park for 8 hours the next day for being underage and drinking by the street. Anyways, you can take your chances if want, but you might regret it later.
