I've gone to Daytona Beach for spring break in 2002, and Cocoa Beach for spring break 2003- I've met a lot of people and went to a lot of different hotels and never heard of or had to wear a wristband at any of the hotels. This year, spring break 2004, my friends and I are going to Panama City Beach and I keep reading/ hearing all this talk about wristbands?? I'm going to be with about 7 girls, but our room holds 4, we always do this and it has never been a problem. Can anyone tell me what the deal is with the wristbands!! We are staying at The Best Western Casa Loma, do they have a wristband policy??
