alright my buddy and i are coming down to pcb for the first time and we are bringing alcohol .... but both of us are 20 so if i want something different while im down there how hard is it to have someone buy for us????

I would imagine it's not that hard. Everyone's twice as friendly during spring break.

If you get pulled over and the cop finds booze thats a bad ticket. Some cops will write you up for transporting liquer accross state lines. They will even make you pour it out. If your in a dry country it could be worse.

Can you imagine the horror of watching perfectly good alcohol go to waste?

Or the horror of spending your spring break (that you planned so long for) behind bars? That would SUCK!

ya i know we were thinking about that......we are taking some captn so maybe seems how captn is brown put it in like a vernors bottle and put it with like pepsi and our other pop so it woudln't be in the bottle.......

Just put it in your luggage.... Ive never had a problem like that. But it wont be hard you to find people to buy it for you. **** hit me up anytime you need something. I remember when I was in that same position.... Party On

me and my buddy are under 21 also but we're bringing quite a bit of liquor and beer down from massachusetts. Just as long as you have it hidden and packed up good in the trunk you'll be ok. The cops cant just search your trunk for the hell of it, they need good reason and you speeding or something isn't enough. So as long as you don't say hey i have alcohol in my trunk they wont search. But it's something to be carefull about regardless. I say rap it up in the suitcase or something 1) so it wont break and 2) so it will be completely out of site.

No one will have a problem buying alcohol for you guys. Leave a little tip and I'm sure anyone would be happy to get it for you. If they won't they're ***holes.

All the cop has to do is ask... "Can I take a look around your vehicle?"

Now who is going to refuse and wait for a search warrant??

If you refuse then guess what? He will hold you there until he gets a search warrant and drug dogs and they will rip your car apart. Then say looks like your clean.. and leave you with a car in pieces. You would be suprised at how often that happens.

They are allowed to look into your car at everything visible to them, but are unable to remove/open anything that may reveal something illegal. Yes they could get a search warrant but they would need probably cause to do that, and unless you have given them probably cause they wont do that. THink about how many times you/your friends and such have been pulled over, i bet none of them or very few of them actually had their car searched. AND if you put it in your suitcase from the beginning even if they did search the trunk they won't go through your ****.

Why did I post that? because I had to pick a friend up while his car was disassembled because the officer suspected drugs were in his car.. They called a dog squad and the dog didnt find anything but they proceeded to take panels off his car. They DO NOT have to put it back together. He took them to court and it was ruled that the officer had probable cause because he refused a requested search..


IF you say YES he can search anything! If you say NO you run the risk of having an a-hole cop! There is a LONG list of people that has had this done to them accross the country..

ahhh dont worry to much about bring alcohol with you just bring hard **** with and dont be a **** when driving, that way you dont get pulled over and dont loose your booze. the last 2 years we brought a bunch of **** with us and everything went smooth. you can always find people to buy you **** when your down there, but who wants to run around lookin for people to buy when you could be gettin drunk, i say bring enough alcohol for a few days and then get some people to buy you your ****.

If you dont get pulled over you have nothing to worry about. Most of the time they will make you pour it out. Hopefully everyone drives down safely.
