someone hlp me i don't know anywhere in the US i can get it and desperatlet want a bottle for pcb i haven' had any of the "green fairy" since i left london

i was plannin on buyin a bottle for springbreak as well but never got around to it. unfortunately old laws have left absinthe yet illegal in the united states so i have not found a place to buy it, you can buy it overseas on the internet and have it shipped to the US but it would not come in time for springbreak......

Question: I'm thinking about bringing some Everclear down with me, but I've never had it...its supposed to be very potent and not have much of a taste, anyone have any first hand experience and would like to share some wisdom with me?

I dunno but anyone else but if i buy absinthe its not gonna be the taste its gonna be for wormwood, a hallucinogen. I dont think i would buy everclear down there, it can end your night pretty quick if your too confident with it.

You mean rubbing alcohol? Everclear is dangerous stuff.. The strongest stuff you can buy really 190 proof meaning it is 95% pure! DONT DRINK IT STRAIGHT! Good to mix with punch and stuff but it can be lethal.

dude absinthe will end your night 2 if your not careful i've seen some of the heaviest drinkers on the floor after a few shots it aint no joke

yea absinthe isnt an all night drink its good for a couple shots and then put it to rest, although its about 90 proof. and if i dont ruin your night its gonna ruin the next day when your sittin on the ****ter all day.

You are going to be in New Orleans for 311 day right?? You know you can get absinthe (but not a bottle of it) at one of the bars. Directly accross from Pat O's is a bar that always has bikes out front. They have a shot called a "chartreuse" its actually absinthe though they will not claim that.. A friend of mine showed me that place a few years ago and we got that shot.. I knew it wasnt like anything else since it tasted kinda funny.. Licorice almost. I later found out that indeed it was absinthe. Think it was like 6 bucks a shot.

short story. a bunch of us were taking shots of vodka and there was this dude that was getting on everyones nerves and wanted a shot. well just so happens we ran out of vodka but we had everclear. so without telling him any different we gave him a double shot of straight everclear. i have never seen a face like that dude made when he did that shot. he instantly threw up and then went laid down and didn't move for a long time. it was some funny sh!t but it was kinda stupid. Holla.

I would steer clear of everclear...espcially if you want to hang out with ladies....in my experience one shot of everclear will make most girls the most drunk they've been in their entire life....like "I need to go to detox drunk" sloppy and sick not fun at all...

A year ago we had someone spike the wap with Everclear....and we had to take a couple of people to the HOSPITAL and other people were passing out behind dumpsters at bars....It was not a good night at all...really scary...

I would be afraid to drink with people who are drinking everclear... because my friends went from fine to needing medical attention within 25 mnutes....and personally I'm all about partying until the early morn.....not going to detox because of everclear...

You are in the state where they have it. We bought some last year in TN and took it to PCB. It was about 190 proof and you would be amazed that girls were taking shots of this stuff. I was walking around Boardwalk with the everclear bottle in hand. Most places only have it up to 140 or 151 proof. It goes good with Hawaiian Punch!
