Thats right girls flash all you want to and boys hand out beads.I saw last night on foxnews about girls gone wild. The judge has ruled that, drub roll please, flashing in florida is legel unless contact is made then it can be considerd porn or something like that. This also means even if they are below 18 same thing is still legal .So the mayor of florida can kiss my ***.Party on springbreak lives

Just Wondering..........

I could be wrong but eventhough this ruling occured (which pretty much clears girls gone wild) I would still assume they have some public nudity laws. Somebody from the area or familiar with the laws there let me know.

Unhappy Well

The ruling states that filming these girls is not deemed as porno. This has nothing to do with legalizing nudity. If a girl flashs she will still be arrested if caught

Creative law enforcement means in Panama City beach, you can be ticketed or arrested for just about anything.

Realistically, those giving the beads (in the past) have not been subjected to fines. However, they could be, based on numerous local and state laws. The most I have seen getting into trouble is the ones that stand in one spot, on the right of way, flagging down cars and slowing down traffic (if that's possible). This could get you an impeding the flow of traffic citation, but you would have to be a total ***hole to the cop to warrant such actions (but I've seen it done).

We've stood in front of Miracle Strip Amusement Park with beads and some dude with a camcorder last year and didn't have a problem. Granted the cop did tell us numerous times that we needed to keep walking, but he wasn't a total d*ck about it. One girl didn't want to do it out in the open so we went to the parking lot of Miracle Strip and she flashed and everything, then the security guard came out as we were leaving telling us he was calling the cops. He got a free show then tried to tell us he was going to call the cops, but we just walked away and nothing happened.

I'm not sure about this, but I almost remember reading or hearing something saying that giving someone valued over $0.50 to do something (i.e. flashing) could be considered prostitution. I believe that's some law in Florida or Panama City. Of course, you could just say you got the beads for free and technically you were getting flashed for free I guess. I don't see a way of making that stand. You better believe I will have my beads out and ready to give away whether all of this is true or not.

"valued over $0.50 to do something (i.e. flashing)"

Well ALL my beads were FREE from New Orleans so..

So just use the free beads for **** defense.

That's all I plan on doing, but I don't see anybody really having a problem unless you are just acting like a complete idiot. Also, I'm not sure if it is actually a law, I just know I remember hearing it somewhere. There could be no truth to it for all I know.
