I don't care what anyone says...Daytona Beach is WAY better than PCB for spring break

I had the opportunity to do both this year. And Daytona is way better.

1. The weather is usually warmer...meaning MORE BIKINIS! :D

2. There are two lanes of traffic each way on the main strip.

3. More variety of restaraunts located ON the strip.

4. Ratio of guys to girls...WAY better in Daytona. In PCB, the ratio was about 20:1. In Daytona...it was about 3:2. And OMG, were the women fine! All nice and tanned from the warm weather.

5. Daytona has three major clubs, all located within walking distance from each other. They are ALL packed every night...and the most expensive a cover charge will ever get is about $13. Not the bs $30 La Vela likes to charge...after you stand in line for over an hour. In Daytona...you normally don't have to stand in line any more than 15 minutes.

6. Daytona actually has SIDE WALKS for pedestrians to walk up and down. Unlike PCB where you have to walk in the street, or through a store's dirt parking lot.

PCB is cool...but in my opinion...it should not be the #1 spot for spring break.

If you get the chance, make sure you stay at the Plaza Resort, or close by. The Plaza is where all the women stay...and they usually have a big poolside party every afternoon...so there will be plenty to do.

Actually, if I go down, I will be staying with these two chicks in there condo. I guess its still right by everything though...

I actually dont know what to do though....if I go down there I will have to go with a girl that works where I work, that I kind of know, and another girl that Ive met once. The girl that Ive only met once is the one with the condo. Then we are meeting 2 more girls and like 5 dudes from Ohio State down there I guess. Im trying to talk my one friend into going, but hes not giving me an answer, we have to know by today. So im kind of on the fence of if I want to go down there without any of my friends...

The other negative thing is, if I meet a female down there and want to take her back, I dont think the girls Im with would dig that too much, so Id pretty much have to go back to the new girls hotel...

Wow, that's tough. Either way, if you go, I'm sure you'll have a good time. And if you meet a new girl...chances are, she's going to have like 6 other girls staying in her hotel. But then again...when I went last year, I met this girl that invited me back to her hotel...even though she had roommates. They were all walking around naked, while changing into their bikinis.

So...I say, go anyway.

I've had fun in both places. And I've been to PCB when it's been completely packed.

I'm just saying that Daytona has it's advantages with the 2 lane traffic, less expensive clubs, shorter waits in line, and ability to drive on the beach.

I split my time between pcb and daytona beach this year and I liked both a lot. It wasn't all that hickish in daytona. it was a good week to be there to because of bike week. Place was just insane. I guess it all depends on how you feel it.

I've been to both

In daytona, the highlight was bonging beer with the 10 people that were actually on the beach during the day. Razzles and 10 or whatever were pretty cool clubs, but don't even compare to Spinnaker or La Vela.

Who drives on Spring Break anyway, that's kind of dangerous. I'll take Redneck Riveara over Biker City anyday. PCB forever.
