is it true!!???
could this be the end of spring break in pcb as we know it??? i heard club la vela and spinakers were bought and are gonna be tore down and condo's being built
 please say this isn't true??email me someone let me know the scoop nina

yep
Ive also heard the same thing, even when I was in pcb this last spring break I heard that nasty rumor, even confirmed from some people who worked there! I also heard they are planning on building another lavela, but putting it across the street, guess we'll see? Hope not! Enjoy
