I have been looking for places to stay for spring break at Panama City Beach and everything I have looked at says that you have to be atleast 25 to rent a place, well im 22. So where can I find a place that will rent to someone under 25, also any recommendations for a good/fairly cheap place that can accomadate (did i spell that right?) about 6 people? Thanks for the help, I have been searching everywhere

try boardwalk beach resort (hojo). they rent under 25 unless they've changed their policy recently.

I am 21 and have reservations to The Summit Condos. The condo is $1875 to rent but $500 is a deposit. From what I hear the place is pretty tight and is prime location.
