I heard from some of my friends that panama city is still cleaning up from the hurricanes that hit them. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about how it was and if it will make any difference this year?

Your friend has Panama City confused with other areas in Florida. Damage was very minimal in PCB. The only real damage on the beach was from an isolated tornado that damaged a couple businesses.
