Anyone know if the summit has any 3 bedroom units left for SB 05?

Thanks but you'll find that only a small percentage of condos there are rented out through the Summit, most through the individual who owns the individual condo unit.

I have reservations there, and I went through the summit website. The condo that I rented has a private owner. I think they have a list of owners that are willing to rent out their own unit.

Only the top floor has the 3 bedroom condos. I stayed there last year and when I stayed there it was pretty dead. I do have a late spring break though, last week of March. Depending on when you go, the 3 bedroom may be an option. I forgot how many rooms are on each floor though, maybe 15? To rent through a private owner is much much cheaper, but you usually need someone 25. Going through The Summit's website I think it's either 18 or 21, I'm not completely sure. Also, watch out for security there, they are dirty. Let them have a drink with you and get a picture of them in the act if you don't have someone 21 in the room. They went around busting up people's room and making them throw out alcohol even though I know they drank with some people. They didn't mess with those people at all. Anyway, hope some of that helps.

me and some of my friends are going to be there march 12-19. The security, they're about as with it as Barney Fife. Last year I went in with this girl who was staying there no problem. And once when we walked through there the security guy caught us on the way out and was like "hey you don't have wrist bands" and we said "well we're leaving what are you going to do keep us here" and he said "hey don't come back or you'll be in trouble"

How is the security at the Summit? Is it really that bad? I've also heard that it's pretty bad everywhere.

Hey guys, We rented our condo through the owner directly at VRBO.com.
It is so much cheaper than renting through the summit directly. Last year I think we saved like $500 by renting through the owner. This year we got a 1 bedroom that sleeps 6 for only $895 for the entire week! I just booked mine the other day, and I got plenty of responses as to people having them left. Most of them you only ahve to have one person be 21. Good luck everyone! Hope to see you there! March 19-26!!!

Hey Jacob, Some of the owners got smart and realized they could charge that. You just have to hunt around. If you need some e-mails of the owners that responded to me that they had available units, just let me know.

Hey guys, my bud and I are really looking forward to all the drinking and partying challenges that have been posted and since we were in the air force and are now seniors, you'll have alot of catching up to do. Good luck. Unfortunately, we cannot get any rooms for the 12-19th. Any way we can crash on someone's floor for 1-2 nights? We'll gladly pay for some of the room cost, some of the beer and chicks still like men in uniform (even if we've been civilans the last couple of years) and we can get some hot ladies into these parties.
