So where are you showering at each day? Where are you getting ready to go out at? Dont try and say somegirls hotel room cause im sure they would be impressed by some guy who sleeps in his car and cant get a group of friends together to spend $200 once a year on a decent hotel. If you are that cheap maybe you should stick to getting a hotel in Panama City where the rates are dirty cheap. Try that one buddy.

LOL. No, I'm no street bum nor beachcomber sacking up under the piers each night or searching the dumpsters for food either. I'm not typing this on a laptop plugged into an outdoor outlet at St. Andrews St. park campground either.

I'm in my very late 20's and I moved down here a couple years ago to fulfill my fantasy. I work, part time in one of the bars here in town but thats only to maintain my small condo I bought using well invested funds from my first job at age 18 on. Yep, I invested all those $$ I didn't spend on SB's and invested heavily in those wonderful E-commerce companies of the mid-late 90's that returned around 700 - 800%. Along with living at home as long as possible, having a great job as an IT person when it used to pay good and investing most every penny I could, I'm now semi-retired and living on the beach.

Dude, I found plenty of gals who were willing to let me shack up with them over my SB vacation and I wasn't necessarily stuck on one either, ya know, variety is the spice of life. If not the girls, I'd merely crash in my car, in someones motel room I partied at, out on the beach, etc. etc. I met plenty of wonderful PCB locals who worked in the clubs and became friends. Free covers and booze also cut down on expenses as well. Pretty soon I merely had to pay for a couple meals a day and I was chunking huge $$'s into my portfolio that I now live on.

So I hope you enjoy you're SB down here. I merely made a suggestion for those who would want to follow in my footsteps or are hurting for cash.

BTW I got this handle way back in my college days when I ran into a girl on SB that I used to merely have a bed to sleep in at night. (I didn't have sex with her) When I told her I'd spend the day with her the next day and snuck out early AND THEN ACCIDENTLY RAN INTO HER AT A BAR LATE THE NEXT EVENING she said I must be some sort of "Beach idiot". I've always like that name. :D

I can't tell you that. ;) BTW, I don't work on the beach but rather PC proper and yes most of the bars are open though the hours are often scaled back this time of year.
