ok hears the news.......for most of you all out there you probably allready know that lavela will be torn down this year this will not happen until after spring break and for what more condos..........being a long term resident here and having spent my own spring breaks on pcb i dont agree with what all is going on here.............but what you dont know is that pcb doesnt want to see spring break end this much is true from those i speak with day to day to what i read in the newspaper concering this issue although we have lost alot of hotels and some really good places in the past years pcb will be what it once was but it will take time for this to happen the only way spring break here will ever end is if you the students allow it to happen...........there are curentlly new hotels under construction here it is unfortunate that they wont be open this year but they will be here next year.......lavela will be rebuilt even though it will be torn down new clubs will be coming to our area there will be better places to stay not the condemed plases of the past......no body likes change any worse than the residents who live here most of it is for the better and some of it is for the worse watch carefully in the years to come you will find we are only going to become bigger and better than ever.......
