Yep. No glass on the beach (Better hide the liquor bottles!). Alcohol in cans is permitted.

will have to premix the maragritas and put into plastic bottles in that case!!!

Yeah I was underage last year, and will be this year, and we drank pretty much freely at Harpoon Harry's. U just have to hid it and not hold it until you are going to take a sip. They did see us but if they are nice, they will come over and tell you to either hide it or pour it out. We were there on the Canadian Spring Break tho and it's less busy so I don't know if they are more lineant.

Heey! I live in Panama City, and this past Friday, some friends and I went out to Spinaker...and me and one of my friends got kicked out for me being underage and drinking. My friend, who was also underage, but had a fake id, bought me a drink, and we both got asked to leave...forcefully! But anyways, they didn't even notice that it was a fake...most of the time they don't look that close at the picture...mostly just at the year. Other clubs are pretty cool with drinking, if you just dont make it too obvious...Spinaker is definitely the worst. My fav. club in Panama City is Stetsuns...its kinda cowboyish...but it's definitely alot of fun! But when Spring Break comes, the Tikki will for sure be the best club!!

LOl i live in panama m 15 years old and i have drink and go to all the clubs in here.... the onley think if they catch u drinking and ur underage u just try to give the officer 20$ man.... once they catch a friend on mins with me and other friends.... we where all underage and he had marihuana so they just collect 60$ all of us and gave it to the policeman ......

u actually bribed a cop in the u.s.a??? i did it in cancun (more then once, but there salary sucks...$100 is 1000 pessos) but u sir have balls to do it here in america.....thats a serious crime dude

i had a fake when i was 15 in panama and it worked perfectly at la vela. looked nothing like me!

Believe me, I have quite a bit of "first hand" knowledge of beach arrests. Tom Hutton is a friend of mine and he is a local lawyer who specializes in vacationer tickets and arrests. He generally gets the charges dropped and therefore not on your record.

Don't forget, just because you're not taken to jail doesn't mean you won't have a criminal record if you pay a fine for a criminal offense. You'll find yourself screwed down the road.
