Don't drink in the clubs. If you get caught, you will be tossed out. No only is it a buzz kill. But you just wasted money getting in.

Don't bring any extra attention to yourself. There is way too much going on for cops to be checking ID's. Unless you make them suspect sometime.

ATF is known to roam around checking ID's. (And these guys WILL find your fakes) So be careful. If they catch you.. God have mercy on your soul

They dont care about anything but money. I was 21 but my buddie was 20. He got caught twice. One at the boardwalk. They give you two different bracelets. One for 21 and one for under. If they see somebody under 21 with a cup they would smell it. All we had to do was sign some paper and they said if he died i was liable. That same guy got caught in la vela's parking lot by a police officer. He just got a ticket. They didnt take him in or anything. like 200 dollars. They really dont care.

tons of people DO get arrested every year for it, just be carefull. and dont be stupid.

Seems like if you act like you are 21+ it won't matter if you are on the beach, they can not ID everyone, and if you fit in, you probably won't get ID'd

And if you must be at a club AND be drunk, I would down a ton of alcohol right before you leave for the club, and hope that it waits till you get in to really **** you up.

why not just hammer some **** at a friends house or have a buddy of yours get the stuff and drink and then go get crazy! haha

On springbreak you can get away wit underaged drinkin alot more, cause last year me and my boi were 18 and we were caught drinken. All the police officers did was ask if we were 21, and we werent an he told us to pour it out. Den we talked to him a lil bit he said during springbreak officers no dat there will be alot of under aged drinken, they said dey will def arrest you if you get disrespectful and smart. So ur good man.

It's just like drinking anywhere. Be smart about it, pregame in your room, stay low-key when you're out, and cooperate with police.
