Rate hotels you've stayed at.

Post where you've stayed and if it was good/sucked and why, and maybe what you paid. I'm a college senior and this is my first spring break, we don't get one because we have mandatory co-op jobs and I've never bothered to take time off work, figured I might as well since it's my last chance this year and I don't want to stay somewhere that sucks.

Holiday Inn Sunspree

I wouldn't stay at any other hotel. It is quite expensive but well worth it. The pool, hot tubs, contests, and beach are awesome. There is a DJ 24/7. All the rooms are beachfront and have a huge balcony. The bar near the pool has awesome drinks. Like I said, Holiday Inn Sunspree is my favorite hotel.

Days Inn

It was the only hotel I could get last year. On the plus side its right next to the hooters, Latitudes and Harpoon Harrys... Can't say something negative 'cos we spent only 3 or 4 hour a day there sleeping... It's not very cheap but it's right at the beach, you have your balcony...

The Chateau is the best hotel I've been to. I stayed at the Holiday Inn too, and it didn't compare to the Chateau. I think all the people that say that the Holiday Inn is so great just say that 'cause they have never stayed anywhere else, and they won't really know better. I've hung out at the Boardwalk before, and that's a pretty cool hotel too. There is a lot goin' on there. The Days Inn isn't bad either. The security is kinda strict, but they have a good location.

I've heard that at the Chateau it's pretty easy to get reservations for say two people but then sneak in like another 6, how easy is it to do that at the other hotels?

Reserving for 2 and sneaking in 6 might be a little extreme, but we usually reserve for 3 when we actually have 5.They don't really enforce the whole wristband deal. At most hotels, you must wear a wristband that they give you when you check in. If you are not wearing that wristband, you can't be at that hotel after a certain hour. The Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Ramada, Best Western, Summit and most others strictly enforce this rule. This means no bringing people back to your hotel. That doesn't sit well with me. I know that the Boardwalk and the Chateau are pretty easy going on that policy. At the Chateau, that policy is pretty much non-existent.
