ive stayed there the past five years, awsome hotel, but has gone to **** now, good luck with the ****** and thugs

Daytona beach sux on springbreak....The beach,nightlife, everything sux.....PCB is where it is at.....

ya im not goin to daytona beach anymore, just got a new car so im spending my money on payments. plus there's way too many cops down there spring break - i thought panama city was bad about it, but DAMN.

i went to daytona last year for 2 days and it didnt even come close to the fun we had in panama city u cant even drink on the beach i think that is really lame

It depends on what hotel you stay at. Many hotels have daytime poolside contests, nad parties. I've never been disappointed. In fact...the girl to guy ratio has always been much better in Daytona, and since it seems to usually be a little warmer in Daytona...the thong bikinis are a little skimpier. Don't be fooled...people still go to Daytona for spring break. It's not as much fun as it used to be, but it's still a lot of fun. There are still a LOT of people that go there.

I've always had more fun in Daytona. Cover charge in the clubs is usually only $5-$12. Unlike the $25 you could pay to get into La Vela alone.

but la vela kinda sucks my friends are going to want to go there because they are all vergins to pcb so im probably going to have to tag along and spend the 20 bucks to get in unless i find some girls that will keep me company while they are in there for like 2 hours

The good thing about Daytona, is that you can go in April, May, or June and still find plenty of hot girls in bikinis. Panama city isn't always the best place to go when spring break isn't going on. Panama city is usually dead the rest of the year.
