Hey guys! my friend and i are new to this website. We were just wonderin what the "reputation" thing means?

The more posts the more your reputation power increases, atleast thats what I am assuming by looking at the amount of posts and rep power for most people...

Actually now that I look a little closer I think it has to do with how long u have been registered with tripsmarter...

Your Rep Power depends on how many posts you and have length of time you've been registered. That number signifies how much weight your approval or disapproval carries when you add to someone else's reputation.

Your Reputation (square green dots) is based on how many people clicked that they liked your posts or found them helpful. To add to someone's reputation, click the little scales of justice in the top-right of the post. I just added to both of you guys' reputation.

Log in to your Control Panel (User CP at the top of page) and you'll see your latest reputation recieved.
