The beach concert is FREE and remember the earlier you show up, the best spot you will get! Be sure to peee first also, because last year it didn't start for about another hour, luckily I got a good spot. Remember, you heard it here first! Admins, please stickify this!

Just an update on how the show went, i was CRUNK fo sho! Mike Jones opened for Lil Scrappy, Trillville, and Lil Jon around 2:00, then the DJ just played a bunch of old school songs for about an hour or two till Lil Jon, Lil Scrappy, and Trillville came on stage and then it got crazy! I was about 5 feet from the stage, so I had a blast! I got Grey Goose mist sprayed on me compliments of Lil Jon's mouth and Lil Scrappy jumped into the crowd and I got to touch him! Sorry, I sound like a gippy 12-year-old girl. Had a great time, not sure it was worth the wait though. Had more fun last year when Lil Jon and Ying Yang came. At this concert "Get Some Crunk in Yo System" and "No Problem" probably had the best responses and "Some Cut" probably got the worst. That song just sounds feminine when compared to the others. Ended up leaving the concert smelling like sweat, beer, and random beverages, and finished off the day at La Vela with the usual contests. Lil Jon got some girls to go topless, so that was pretty cool. He said he'd be at Spinnaker tonight, so if you get this before tomorrow, GO THERE. Whenever the video of the concert becomes available on the mtvU website, look for the dude with spiked dark red hair, probably jumping up and down with a fist in the air.
