Balcony Falls - The Rite of Spring Break


If you are keeping count, Panama City Beach police have reported the first balcony fall for spring break '05.

The first of the season happened Thursday afternoon at the Days Inn of Front Beach Road.

Beach police tell NewsChannel Seven Russell Terbush from Michigan was pretending he was going to jump from the balcony when he slipped and fell one floor.

He was treated and released for what were reported to be minor injuries. It’s not yet known if alcohol was a contributing factor in the event.
