Hi, im going down in April for some break with a bunch of my friends, none of us our of age, but i have my sisters id, that scans and is unexpired and valid. We resemble each other very much, except she has different color eyes. Will I have a problem buying liquor from the liquor stores down there?and is there beverage marts or should i try buying beer at walmart???

I dunno, when i went down last year they were checking i.d.'s like crazy but hey, all you can do is try. Usually me and my friends bring a ****load down and hide it in our cars then take it up to our hotel room, but that's just us. Well see ya down there, we goin down April 2-8.

Everybody is down there for one thing, Well two. Get Drunk and get laid. Im pretty sure you can find peolpe that will help you out in the get drunk part. Just scope out a "Cool" group and then ask them.

i just got back and i gotta agree- its not worth using a fake id to buy the alcohol since thats a federal crime i believe and cops post up EVERYWHERE around the beach especially towards night and those places.
especially if ur a girl, alcohol aint a problem at all. i mean, im a guy and i was able to get keg from other guys on the beach without them being pissed. generally everyone wants everyone to get drunk and have fun- even if it means getting other guys drunk. dont know how girls see it or other guys see it, but being with a bunch of drunk guys is half the fun- the other half is having the girls get drunk and be just as retarded as us

So true. You're not the first or the last person to come up with the bright idea of using a fake id, so don't think you're going to be the first one to get away with it. They (security/cops/bouncers/etc) have already out-thought you. :)

yep...the bouncers and the people in the area know all the tricks in the book. theyve all been dealing with it for years. ur local college bars may be different since for the most part, they dont care unless theres a cop watching them, but theres undercover cops around and the clubs cant risk it and neither can the gas stations/liquor stores
my friend is 26 and he looks like hes really young- like 20. lavela gave him a really hard time getting in at one point. finally he said, "why in the hell would i make a fake id to be 26? get an ID scanner to scan the ID's so you dont have to worry instead of embarassing me like this again."
and some other bouncer checked it and let him in

but that pretty much shows that they DO try as hard as possible to keep underage from drinking on their premises. and if you drink in the club with ur under 21 stamp, chances are you WILL be seen and kicked out. i saw some girls from ecampus.com get kicked out on sunday night for doing it, so it doesnt even matter if ur working or what- no questions asked, youre out
