Very Important Question

Hello, my friend and I are avid drinkers from the UK. We are currently planning a trip across the USA. I have recently visited Florida and was shocked and ashamed to discover that all of America's premium beers were only brewed with a 3% alcahol volume . Please tell me that this is not the same all over the United States?! We need to know which states sell reduced alcahol beer so that we can stay as far away as possible.
Thanking you in advance, Mark Baynes

Any ice beer is at least 5.0%, for example Natural Ice(tastes okay, not great just okay) has 5.9%. It has it printed on the label. Budweiser for the most part is 5.0%.This link(click on Nutritional Guide on the left) to Anheuser-Busch(Budweiser) tells you what the percentages of all their beers. Miller's website has the same thing plus all of the beer's they import. If you check both of these websites out you'll see that most beer's are 4.2% to 5.9%, except in the few states and counties listed on Anheuser-Busch's website. enjoy.

btw - this is a quote from the AB website(above) "Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and select counties". These states and the select counties limit the percentage of all beers to 3.2%. PCB isn't one of those. Mark you where drinking stronger beer than you thought

Cheers Mate, that's pretty reassuring, although, the Bud website said that the weak beer was sold in "Selected Counties" so far this year I've been to PCB and Ft Lauderdale - may I presume that these are "Selected Counties"?

No because those select counties limit all beer sold in the county to 3.2 or whatever their specific limit is. PCB sells Natural Ice that is 5.9%. I doubt any Florida county is a select county, although I have been wrong before.
