Summit Condos?

How strict are they on drinking if you're underage?

We stayed at the boardwalk the past 3 years and up until last year underage drinking wasnt a problem at all. Last year we saw groups getting thrown out left and right for it. They had "security guards" walking down the halls everynight looking for anyone that was drinking underage and had them looking in your room if your window was open. They were the biggest *******s in the world last year about it. We had one person underage in our room and they were gonna kick us all out for it, i had to sign a paper that said i was responsible for the underage person all week and if anything happened to him or he was caught again i went to jail for it, plus they made is dump out all of the alcohol in the room.

Well if you decide to not stay at the Board Walk LMK, we can get you into the Sandpiper Resort with no security deposit, because your satying with our group, it will run $500 per person but you do get allot with it.

Ive stayed at the Summit several times and I havent noticed anyone being hasseled by the "security guards". I get crazy down there and Ive never had anyone bother me at the Summit. Its a good place to stay.

OliverUK will become famous soon enough
Just be sensible about it and you will be fine, walking around flaunting the fact that you're drinking alcohol isn't a good idea.

If you're clued up then you'll have no problems at all getting drunk in PCB.

I've Been To PCB Twice For Spring Break And I Plan On Going Again In '06 For The Last Time. Me ANd My Friends Plan On REnting A Beach House Or Getting A Room At The Summit As Well. I Heard Ur Only Allowed To Have Like A Certain Amount Of Visitors. Is This True? And Do They Watch How Many People You Have In Ur Room?

Answering all your questions.....

Aight...as for the underage drinking! The Summit is cool, they dont bother ya as long as you dont do anything VERY stupid. we had 4 underage people with us last year and no one ever said anything to them! Just play it cool!

As for how many people....they will only allow 6 to sign up for a room and you only get 6 wristbands! So, I wont say that they wont alllow more than that...but those people are out of luck if they get caught without a wristband or they leave the premisses and try and get back on! If you could find someone who has a room for 6 but only has 4 or 5 people in it you might be able to buy their extra wristbands... that is what we did last year! But dont go there planning on that...cause it may not happen and u will be screwed!

Let me know if you got any other questions or hit me up at freestyledjing@hotmail.com

DJ Freeze

P.S. any ladies got room for 3 guys for PCB spring break 2006!

summit is logically going to be more leanient because it isn't a hotel you are renting a condo not staying in a room so you get more freedom my past condo experience is don't get any complaints about you and they're cool and they don't let you bring non guest into the place and its actually because of some weird florida law
