So is anyone else as disappointed to see Harpoon Harry's close as me? That place was great. It was easily my favorite bar down there. I don't know if it will be the same down there without Harry's. Hopefully one of the new places can pick up the slack.

We just heard yesterday that Breakers and Harpoon Harry's may be open for another season or two!

It seems the condo market in PCB is a little oversaturated and the new developers/owners of the property where Breakers and HH's sit, have decided to lease it back to the owners of Breakers and HH's.

I wouldn't joke about such a thing. We have not confirmed it yet, but from the info we've received so far... it's looking good for Harpoon Harry's fans.

Now I don't know where to stay though. I was gonna stay at the Boardwalk, but now that Harpoon Harry's is gonna be open, I almost want to go with the Chateau again. Decisions, decisions...

im staying at the boardwalk..how far is that from harpoon harrys? and do any of these bar or clubs 21+? or are most of them 18+?

Just booked our room at the Chateau :)

Most all the bars are 18+. That includes LaVela, Spinnaker's, Harpoon Harry's, Latitude's, Hammerhead Fred's, and Sharky's. I heard somewhere that Coyote Ugly was 21+, but I'm not sure. The Boardwalk is pretty far from Harpoon Harry's. It's not within walking distance.

Is it pretty easy to get from one place to another?

There are taxis available. In year's past, there was an organization that had vans that ran free rides wherever you wanted to go. They would even pick you up from your hotel. You just had to call. It was a pretty sweet deal. I don't know if they are still doing that or not.

There was shuttle service last year that ran all over the place. It came to our hotel - Sunspree - about every hour or so. Took it to Harpoons, LaVela, Spinakers, and Hammerhead Freds. One big *** drunk bus! It stopped at a bunch of hotels, but I can't remember which ones cuz I was crunk out!

Are the Spring break party cards worth getting?

Curious if the card is worth it too. Me thinks you could get smashed on Natty Lite real cheap and then pay cover. Guy from Griffin (CHUCKD), I'm going to Gordon College and a friend and myself are going to PCB, so if you're looking to split a cost or something contact me.
