House rentals

Couple questions.
Just graduated from college and looking to make this the last spring break I go on. I am looking for a place with older college kids... Going with about 8-10 people and would like to get a house or 2 floor condo any suggestion.

Is the age group a litte older in Panama city than most other spring break spots?
Was thinking about renting a house are there any good suggestions or should we just stay in a hotel....what is the best hotel to stay?
What is the best area to be around in terms of day beach activities?

Thanks

Well the horizon south II places are nice. my dad owns one. there are 2 story townhouse ish ones (like my dad owns) in his there is 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (but the whole upstairs is like one huge bedroom (his has 2 queen sized beds in it and there is plenty of floor space) and there is a bedroom downstairs and a living room and small kitchen. there are also condo type places in the area.. i'm not sure what those are like. They dont rent to any singles under 25 unless accompanied by an adult though (i read that on the website which is http://www.panamabeachrentals.com/horizon.htm ) there are 4 pools i belive and a mini golf course and a tennis court and a hot tub. its right across the street from the beach (and the sandpiper hotel) its a little far from the main spring break action but if you have a car that is no trouble and there is stuff going on at the sandpiper.

With such a large group, I would suggest the Summit Condos!! They can handle all of you, and its in a prime location right next to lavela!! Enjoy

Icon6 go with the summit....

Hey bro....I took a group of 8 guys and 4 girls last year and we got two rooms and were perfectly fine. They have lots of space and the condos on the very top floor (i think the 15th) are doubles ...so call and ask about those! pretty good rates for this place as well! Perfect location and tons of fun to be had!
