The Moondrifter is not part of the Boardwalk. It is right next to LaVela. I have stayed there before and it was fine. :)

Moondrifter
Have stayed there for the past 2 years.
- Like the previous post stated: not all the rooms are the same. Last year we got a better room (better maintained, better beds) - Most are 2 BR, 2 bath, pullout couch, washer/dryer in room --- lotsa space - Security 2 years ago was tight (i.e. no guests, strictly enforced), while security last year was very relaxed - we brought back guests and no words were said, except if you made loud noise and acted like a jackass, then you will get a visit - basically...don't be a prick... from experience, treat the security with respect, and you'll get the same in return. - Pool, condo right on the beach, right next door to La Vela Highly recomended
