Red face Boardwalk Condos?

I'm staying in the new condos at the Boardwalk. Has anyone heard anything about these or is there anyone else staying here as well? Anyways we'll be there 3/11-3/18.

How much more were the condos compared to the Boardwalk hotel??? We stayed at the Boardwalk the past 3 years and made reservations for there again before we knew the condos were open there. We called to get one but they told us they were booked for the 11-18th... Anyways, just wondering if they cost alot more than the hotel i think we paid like $1200 for the week. When we looked at the Boardwalk condos they looked very very nice, id rather be staying there than at the Summit condos if they arent that bad abotu security.

We're renting thru the owner directly.(found the condo on the website: www.vrbo.com) Its a pretty good website and I think there were quite a few condos available at the boardwalk. The condo were getting sleeps 8 and is 1650 for the week. You might want to take a look at the website. (Only certain condos listed allow ppl under 25, so you'll have to look for that)
I think there should be some spring breakers staying in the condos but I kinda expect to see a few family's or old people. But i dont know, Ive never been down to PCB before.

I wouldn't count on alot of families and old people down there at that time. They know it's college spring break. Most the old people that go down there for the winter leave in February so they can get out before the college kids get down there. It will be mainly college kids at The Boardwalk in March.

I tried to get a condo at the Boardwalk condos using VRBO and everyone I tried said they do not book to springbreakers because the condos are too expensive to maintain. And the few that do, require like a $500 deposit or more, so I figure it won't be that fun if you gotta be worried about messin up something and forfeiting $500. I figure if most owners feel that way, then there won't be a lot of springbreakers there. I don't know about you , but I just don't have $500 to just give somebody.

I guess I just got lucky and found an owner that rents to spring breakers. The security deposit was $400, hopefully I can keep my buddies in line so I dont have to lose it. Sorry you couldnt find a cool owner.

I found an owner that will rent to springbreakers at the Boardwalk condos. Tcoyner9, u motivated me. These are a lot nicer than the Summit condos and they sleep more people. Are u sure these are attached to the boardwalk hotel? It'll be a lot of fun if it were. Can anyone confirm this?

Pretty sure they arent connected, if i remember from last year when they were building them they are right next door. But the 20 foot walk shouldnt be much of a problem.

I'm pretty sure this owner rents to spring breakers. Here are some of her condos that are available March 11-18. Pretty good prices I think.
