I had a question about how travel companies work. I booked thru springbreakrooms.com which works thru bookit.com. how do they get their rooms? as well as how do other travel places like statravel, springbreaktravel, student city, etc. get their rooms?

I booked at The summit thru springbreakrooms.com. Out of all the other travel places i found they had the cheapest prices, not by much compared to some, but less nonetheless. I was jus wandering if neone else has used this company before or know how it works. Like do they basically rent from private ownders or does the actual summit condos own condos and they rent them out. i'm just wandering what kind of condo to expect. Im jjus lookin to have a good time so to be honest the less nice stuff in it, the better. we plan to party hard so ne help on how this stuff works, thanks.

I don't know exactly how springbreakrooms.com works, but I know student city reserves a number of rooms themselves, and rents them at the price they choose. I would assume they reserve the rooms from The Summit themselves and rent them out to spring breakers. Your reservation shouldn't really be treated any differently than if you booked it with the Summit themselves.

I would think the only difference would be if you would have picked up the phone yourself and called the Summit you would have saved money.
