For anyone whose already been to either of the first 2 weeks of spring break...

Has anyone been by the Summit or even stayed there. If so, how was the crowd, how was the condos, and how was the party scene around that area. Also does anyone know how long a cab ride from The Summit to harpoon harry's is or is it short enough to walk. THanks

wuddup bro i was there last week and the summit seems to be one of the hot spots this year the MTVU stage is right in front of your balcony! as well as the Mission impossible 3 contests. its a sweet *** place to be and harpoons CAN be a walk away but i wudnt recommend it..there are christian missionaries there that are giving away free taxi cab rides if you eat their free pancakes in the mornings in hammer head freds..call them up and its a free cab ride anywhere. OR the american taxi is only 3 per person. but yeah man the boardwalk was an aweseom place to stay but the summit condos look like a way better place!

Great news Gstring! I'll be there the 11th-18th and can't wait. me and 11 others are stayin at the summit so i hope its a blast like you make it out to be.

yeah no problem man i was jealous becaue the boardwalk has some cool **** outside like the rageball and the obstacle course and uhmm..hotel concerts and the oxygen bar...but other than that the summit is where its at...

U mean outside of the summit or inside? I know everyone says its hype outside the summit but isn't it just a short walk from the boardwalk?

it doesnt matter all the condos are facing the MTV stages and when i left there was a live DJ with huge speakers by the pool blasting grillz and mrs new booty and ive never seen one condo full of drunk college students jumpin up-n-down in my life but the beach is just a walk away and if u wanna go to the boardwalk activities its like a 5 min beach walk away.

it sounds like you had so much fun! so how long is MTV going to be there?? i am going down april 6-9. i hope they are still there!! haha

Pretty sure that MTV left somewhere around the 19th of March.

yeah hes right..mtv was there for like 3 weeks...from the day i left till the end of peak week they peaced out..but check out la vela..even tho i hate that place they still have concerts all the way till the end of august....GOOD LUCK BRO!
