Drinking in PCB
What is the best way to go about having a good time if your a minor in Panama City? I'll be 21 in 4 mos. but not in time for my trip...any advice?..Will i be able to drink on the beach without getting any greif?

yeah, if you can get it, no one messes with you on the beach. My sister came down last week and she was drinking with us on the beach and nobody said anything.
