My school doesn't have spring break until March 25, and I noticed from the "Spring Break Dates" list that most of the schools who have spring break over that week are on the West Coast, so I'm worried there won't be much of a party if I go to PCB that late in the spring break season. Does PCB still get a lot of people in late March/early April?

If not, where's a good place to go for that week--I'm guessing Cabo or Acapulco, maybe, since they're closer to the West?

You'll miss "peak weeks" but there will still be a good crowd in late March. Our Spring Break calendar isn't complete yet (it's a work in progress) so there still may be plenty of schools to be added to the last week of March.

Besides, you'd be here at the same time as some really great party schools, like Auburn, Arkansas, West Virginia, Kent State and more...
