tcoyner9 is on a distinguished road
I stayed at the boardwalk condos with a group of 8 guys lastyear for springbreak. They are really sweet condos. We had a great time but it really wasn't a party atmosphere at all. Some families and old people. The only students that were there were part of a church group. I know alot of the condos you have to be 25 to rent so make sure to check that out. If you want a sweet place to stay id definitely stay there, however its gonna be alot quiter than all the springbreak hotels down there.

just stayed there for new years, there were some parties being thrown there in several of the rooms there including ours and we had no problems, but it had its share of old people and families also. All-in-all, I liked it. Thankfully I know a lot of people who live there so having somewhere to stay during spring break is no problem for me, plus living an hour away helps...but yea, back to the subject, the boardwalk was nice and clean.
