Summit vs Boardwalk vs Sunspree

What's up everyone looking for some non biased opinions on what makes or breaks the hotels listed in the title (all of which are relatively close in location). i have read a lot of mixed reviews and have come to the conclusion that they will all be fun to stay at. I guess I'm wondering which has the best late night after bar fun, such as hot tubs and pools that aren't guarded by sharks. Where am I going to have the most fun!?

tcml will become famous soon enough
one person replied saying that the summit is nicer than the boardwalk...there is a new boardwalk right next to the older boardwalk, so be careful as to which one they were talking about. The new one is very nice, but i'm not sure what their security is like. My past experience trying to get into the SunSpree was impossible! They check bands at the door and at the gate from the beach. The Summit checks at the gate at the beach and at the front gate entering the Summit from the road for a car pass. So if you put people in your car it is usually very easy to get in. I know that The Summit has a tiki bar out by the pool, but i'm not sure about the Sunspree. I've heard the Sunspree is A LOT of fun though. My parents have a place at the summit and i have always enjoyed it. MTV's stage is literally right in front of the summit. The Boardwalk is the next closest, then the SunSpree. Kinda long, but hope that helps..

It is impossible to throw a hotel party at the Sunspree. I walked in the front door last year, because my friend cut his arm and needed to use the bathroom to wash the cut out and security called the City Sheriff on us for trespassing. Security does not play there. However the hotel will sell you a visitors pass for $25 and is only good for 3 hours and no later the 9pm..... If you lose your pass expect to pay a large amount of money to replace it. I believe it was $100.

However, if you are staying there then you can just party with all the other students staying there. The army sets up with MTVu behind the hotel on the beach and throws parties everyday and everyone is invited to that. . You just cant bring them back upstairs after that.
