Swn or anyone who might know, whats the deal with this rockstar thing supposedly going on behind spinakers. ive heard a few people talkin about it and they have their own website but its not mentioned anywhere on the spinaker site. Just wondering what its all about or if its even real.

I keep hearing everyone talk about it, but I have searched everywhere on the internet for rumors or news that this event is actually taking place, but I can not find anything. Spinnaker has a myspace page and I sent them a message (there e-mail is full and they are not replying). If I get any updates I will let you know. I don't know if they are at all related, but Rockstar is the primary sponsor for the Taste of Chaos tour this year, and the tour is actually in Pensacola on the 7th...probably not but if you are doing research...

I plan on going to see this show cuz we never get **** for rock concerts in Panama.

Has anyone checked into this at all? How much does it cost? The website is kind of fuzzy on the details.

I have no clue. I signed up for it and haven't received an email yet. Sup with that?? I'm guessing it's going to cost the same at the Panamaniac cards. I got an email back about it. It costs $50. I don't know all of the details because they are still trying to work things out. It seems like a pretty good deal though.

Alright, I just talked to the prez of the company who is running it again. The exact details of everything isn't posted on the website yet because it isn't all finalized. The card most likely will cost $50. You will get free cover and discounted drinks (about 25% off) at all times. He's trying to do a couple hours of free beer at certain times too. He also knows the owner of Harpoon Harry's and is trying to get them aboard also. He's not sure on that yet and he doesn't want to advertise anything he can't guarantee. Spinnaker's is a sure thing though. They have some sponsors locked down for the daily beach activities. They are trying to book some national bands, but their not sure about that and are trying to get some local bands too. The booking of the bands is done by the sponsors. The reason some of the details are fuzzy is because they don't want to make any promises they can't keep. Once things are finalized, it'll be posted.

This guy seems like he knows what he is talking about, and he seems to be very confident in this program. I'm gonna wait and see what progresses over the next week or so and go from there.
